mHealth
mHealth (or m-health) stands for mobile health and it’s a component of eHealth. The Global Observatory for eHealth of the World Health Organization defines mHealth as “medical and public health practice supported by mobile devices, such as mobile phones, patient monitoring devices and other wireless devices”.
mHealth is also a subset of digital health and these solutions may be considered digital therapeutics too, when focused on well-defined clinical outcomes and gone through clinical validations.
